"I called before arrival and the staff member tone wasn’t pleasant I asked about the evening reception time as it had changed. The time is extremely shorter and inconvenient which is one of the amenities I enjoyed and the evening reception food/appetizers isn’t enjoyable very small variety. The room clean "

"Didnt eat breakfast, dinner was served cold the night i got there. "

"The drawers in bedside table had poured out tobacco in them. The bathroom tub faucet would not shut off. There was no towels in the room when we got there. I believe they were short handed extremely. "

"Staff is super friendly, good breakfast buffet and easy parking! Rooms were okay, when we visited the floors were sticky like they used too much soap when mopping. Other than that really nice place "

"Staff was helpful, breakfast was fine. Scrambled eggs were actually pretty good! Hotel was being renovated so some areas had evidence of work in progress (elevators needed sweeping, etc) and our newly renovated room had no curtains (but did have a light blocking shade) no carpet, no pictures on the wall, very sterile looking. And oddly there were a few ants on our night tables. I suspect some of these issues are temporary. FYI Outside in the back of the hotel there was an attractive pool area."

"The air conditioner worked amazing!!! It about froze us out of the room it got so cold. I felt comfortable and safe going from my room to my car, or walking down to the office to do my laundry. The office is nice, it's clean and welcoming the washing machine and dryer however it's a waste of money! $2.00 per load when the be washer doesn't sufficiently r wash the clothes, and the dryers are useless! I put a small load of my babies clothes in and out took 3 cycles to some what dry them and when I advised the front desk of it the guy said it's not his fault and I need to pay more!!! "
