"Several breakfast menu items were not available. There was one waiter serving several customers, so not readily available, but she was busy. I ordered oatmeal (not my first choice) and it was a very large bowl of very dry meal. I had to ask for water to be added. The room was clean, with no dresser or drawers. The floor was hard (so clean with no carpet but not good for sore feet). On the top floor, apparently an HVAC unit on the roof was loud on and off. Otherwise, a good experience.."
