"Room was small but they all are in NYC, but it had everything we needed. Nice bathroom with great shower. There were some crumbs on the surface when we arrived, so I knew that hadn’t been cleaned but otherwise it was clean. The only housekeeping complaint was that only one day did we return to the room with the correct number of towels for all the family to shower. But they were easy to get from the front desk. I would say if you’re tall be prepared to have your feet hang off the end of the bed, my husbands did and he’s only 5,8” and I didn’t remove one of the pillows so slept a bit further down the bed but my feet went off the end and I’m 5’4”. Location is convenient, short walk from Penn station and short walk to Times Square. The hotels is set back from the street, and they have benches outside, which meant there were often homeless people hanging out on the benches. However, they have a security guard outside and they cleaned everyday so it was fine. The property felt secure since they had a security guard outside and another in the lobby and you have to use your key card for the elevator. I would stay again."

"This was my second time staying at the INNSide Hotel. The rooms are really well appointed and the staff friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for us, clost to a number of subway stations that took us everywhere we needed to go. Be sure tp choose a room with a city view and enjoy the lights of One World Trade Center at night. Planning to come back for a third stay in February."

"The line to check in was huge, the ac was not working, BUT the staff handled it so well. Giving out water, offering us to wait in the bar, bringing fans to rooms. So impressive. Even with a long line and warm conditions there was not one person that looked upset. AMAZING team at this location. Thank you."
