"My family and I rolled in after 10 hours of driving and it was after 2am, staff was wonderful at checking us in, giving us our room keys and giving us easy adequate directions to get to our room!! Everything about the hotel lobby was amazing and clean it had that “no smell” clean to it not being covered up by air freshener and other things. The parking lot and hallways were all clean and very well maintained. When we got to our room the temperature was absolutely perfect for us (traveling ages 3-72), the room was larger than expected for the price and so unbelievably clean again with that fresh crisp me smell smell. The bathroom was more than satisfactory, the beds were so amazing, and everything was quiet. In the morning ALL staff were so welcoming and friendly not to mention extremely attentive and helpful. The free breakfast was so good, I mean talk about southern hospitality they nailed it head on!! Scrambled eggs to biscuits and sausage gravy, cereal, toast, waffles, bagels, toast, fruit, yogurt, milk, and real fruit juices!! This place was 100% top notch, we HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!"

"Nice place to to stay for the night while traveling. Would have appreciated a WIFI password as our phones did not have an internet connection. Other then that it was a pleasant stay. Nice shower!"

"There wasnt a hot tub. The pool area smelled mildew. The room carpet had very bad spots that look like blood but they say it was cleaned. They say the room was cleaned but found a dirty wash rag on the shower curtain rail/bar! The 3rd shift worker kept saying he was sorry but didn’t have any other rooms to switch me too. The breakfast wasn't a buffet style. Only hot food was waffles. I asked for earlier check out with money return but wouldn’t. You get what you pay for thats for sure."

"We loved the room’s view, privacy, easy access, on-site dining and at 78 loved the tram going up to the bridge…we went back everyday! (We were able to go down the stairs at the top and squeeze through the passage to stand under the bridge but that was a challenge for us.) They also have cabins but the ones we saw had huge staircases to get to them. I would love to swim in the huge pool when it is open."

"Ok. The problem which ruined our trip was the overcharges we received. I have yet to callsand try to straighten it out so I get a 3 also. If they don’t correct it, I will move it to a 1. We received 3 different charges for one night."
