The staff was very responsive to my in-app requests and accommodated us as best as they could. I loved how close they were to the entrance of the parks. "Great place to stay for concerts at Long Beach Amphitheater. Parking is a mess in Long Beach so we stayed here in order to simply walk over to the venue which is literally a few hundred yards from our room. The view was amazing and the rooms were nice enough."

"My family spent labor day weekend. Our youngest kids is nonverbal autistic. This hotel has amenities that works perfectly for kids in the spectrum. Staff is very kind. And everything is so comfortable and clean. Our housekeeping respond to any necessity for us in the hotel room. Thank you for everything ❤️. Yes we are coming back soon."
