"The place was dirty and run down. I did not feel safe in the hotel as there are many full time residents there lingering in the common areas and the parking lots. They even have signs posted claiming no responsibility for theft or damage to the cars. I would not return or recommend "

"We have tried several other hotels in the area nears to to the airport and this is the best one. Our 10 day vacation was made better by staying here. The room was just the right size, A/C worked perfectly, TV provided us all the channels we like, breakfast was always ready to help us start our day and the staff was attentive to our needs and very friendly. Our room was serviced every other day and always cleaned. They added a new feature to the laundry room by adding a simple payment device to use your credit card. NO MORE QUARTERS! Lastly the price per night was perfect for our budget. "

"Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was a brown bag with a bottle of water, granola bar, a cup, packet of oatmeal, and a cup of oranges. Room had a musty smell and there was other peoples hair all over everything, including the towels. Showerhead had calcium buildup that affected the spray as well and in the morning, there was only lukewarm water. It was a room to sleep in but wouldn’t plan to stay here again. "

"The parking was easy and safe. However, we couldn't tell we were at the Hyatt because we never noticed the sign for the hotel. I had to go inside and ask if were at the right place. The room was exceptionally clean. However, the eggs at breakfast we a little to well done and a little dry. "

"The building is horribly dated. The desktops in my room were dirty. The bathroom was really old and showed signs of extreme wear. Towels had big stains. No blankets for the beds, just the generic sham that seemed grungy. Could hear neighbors easily through connector door. I got the obvious impression that this hotel was also being used to house migrants as their temporary home. The bed was decent enough, but not to change the overall rating. When I arrived near the lobby for the 4am shuttle, the in-house bar was literally blasting dance music so loud I could notice it 40 feet away. In the lobby, the noise was horrendous at 4am. Shuttle driver drove like a madman. I would never stay here again."
