"The standout for me was definitely the staff, most everyone I interacted with was incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay. I also really liked the size of my room, which felt spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was well done and appreciated as well.
That said, there were a few issues. Unfortunately, neither of the televisions in my room ever seemed to work properly. A technician came to look at them and explained it was an internet connectivity issue, but it was never fully resolved during my stay.
The location was also a bit of a mixed bag. It’s conveniently close to a MARTA station, which made getting around easy, but the area outside the hotel felt a little sketchy at times, especially at night.
The biggest issue was noise on my final night. There was extremely loud music coming from a club across the street until around 2 a.m., making it difficult to sleep. The other nights were quiet, so I suspect it may mainly be a weekend issue, but I would definitely recommend requesting a room away from the street side if possible.
One other disappointment was the amount of disposable dishes and cutlery used at breakfast. It felt unnecessarily wasteful and honestly a bit like an environmental disaster in this day and age.
Overall, the friendly staff and comfortable room made for a decent stay, but the noise, TV issues, and environmental concerns kept it from being a great one. I probably wouldn’t stay here again."
