"Housekeeping did a 5 star job. Staff was very helpful and made sure you understood any questions asked. Breakfast was different every day we stayed, and the attendant made sure the tables were cleaned after the guests were finished ready for the next guests.Parking lot was always cleaned and never had a problem finding a spot."

"One night stay here and it was just what we were looking for. Used the parking garage across the street for $11 for 24 hours. Short drive to the Riverwalk. We walked to a great restaurant for dinner. There was complimentary wine / beer and BINGO which was great fun. Most of the staff was friendly and helpful."

"The front desk clerk Ken I believe that was his name was so helpful and kind. I was traveling with two kids he was kind enough to check us in early and move us to another room that was close to the indoor pool and play area. Because of him I will definitely stay here when we travel to Lancaster as we do very frequently. Even with him on crutches he still was very pleasant and friendly."
