"Our room was amazing! It was spacious and comfortable. Day staff were very friendly and professional, however, the overnight staff were different and seemed annoyed. All in all, great stay. "

"The staff member who checked us in for our one night staff was extremely kind and helpful! Prior to checking in, my boyfriend and I were standing outside enjoying the view. The staff member approached us and asked if we wanted our picture taken. I wish we caught her name, but we greatly appreciate her going above and beyond. The room was clean and comfortable. The view was amazing! If we’re ever in the area again we would stay there again."

"My reservation was messed up, but the manager took care of us. I was supposed to have a suite with two bedrooms because my husband and I were traveling with my elderly mother, but we had a regular room with a king bed when we arrived for check-in. There were no more suites available, so we were given a room with 2 queen beds. It wasn't the best of conditions considering my mother likes it warm and my husband likes to sleep with the t.v. on. So both of them had to deal with discomfort on the first night. We realize it was out of the manager's control, so we were okay. The next morning, as soon as the suite was available, we were able to move to the correct room. The manager was apologetic, courteous, and accomondating. His name is Matthew Swartzbaugh. He handled the situation very well."

"Bed was 16'' off the floor. Needed a flashlight for the bathroom. Itty bitty tv (Samsung) with an awfull remote control. Spectrum cable sucked. Other than that , everything else was fine."

"The Hyatt Cedar Park is in a beautiful area, and the property itself is clean, modern, and a great value, especially with free parking and a convenient location. My room met expectations, but the staff experience was inconsistent: Monday’s front desk team was excellent, while Tuesday night and Wednesday morning service felt inattentive and lacking in hospitality. The complimentary breakfast was fine for being included, but the powdered eggs were a big disappointment for me. Overall, I would rate it 3 stars because the hotel itself is solid, but service and attention to detail need improvement."
