"We left. The man running the place will claim that your Expedia booking doesn’t “work” (even though he can see it and has your room reserved, which means it works). Then he’ll tell you that you have to pay cash. And he’ll tell you to “call Expedia tomorrow” to try and get a refund. If you check into the room, you are on record as checking in, plus you paid cash, so there’s no record of you really paying other than your charge from Expedia. You will have a real uphill battle getting a refund. Just another scam jerk-off running a hotel taking advantage of people. Also the hotel looks like complete crap. Any photos posted of it are either from 10 years ago when it wasnt ran by some Indian scam artist, or they’re just fake. Additionally, the “english breakfast” is old cereal and milk and bread. Save your time and money, go somewhere else. Williams has plenty of hotels. Pay an extra $50 to stay somewhere that’s not trying to rake you over the coals. People like this don’t deserve to be in business. "

"The rooms are in a separate building from the front desk. Our building had the doors propped open. We did not feel safe from anyone just walking in. The carpet was filthy. My bed covering had a stain which looked yellow. I would not recommend. "

"I booked two rooms. Both with two beds. In one of the rooms neither bed had been changed. We had to change the linen ourselves."

"The room was very small. It had everything we needed for a one night stay. They provided a very nice extra blanket when requested. The bed was hard, and there was a metal bed frame that made a lot of noise when you moved, the pillows were very flat and the property needs a lot of work. We will not stay again."

"Clean room, good and quick response from the property management, convenient location, good value for the price. We had an excellent experience and enjoyed our stay."

"Didn't use the gym, but it looked super well stocked for any night time gym needs. We used the pool table the most which was a lot of fun. The only down side is that the bathroom door slides and leaves a very awkward gap between the door frame and door. You can see into the toilet at the right angle. Other than that, it's very close to the train that we rode which we loved to no end "
