Dorado del Mar
Dorado del Mar blends luxury living with breathtaking natural beauty along Puerto Rico's Atlantic coastline. Championship golf courses wind through the landscape while pristine beaches invite you to dig your toes into soft sand. The resort atmosphere caters to those seeking upscale relaxation with beach clubs, water sports, and sophisticated dining options. Getting around typically requires a rental car or golf cart, though walking is pleasant within the resort grounds.

San Antonio
San Antonio neighborhood in Dorado delivers luxury living along Puerto Rico's northern coast. Championship golf courses carved into coastal terrain wrap around Mediterranean-style villas and exclusive resorts. Pristine Atlantic beaches offer both relaxation and water activities, while manicured tropical gardens create a peaceful retreat from everyday life. Resort pools overlook ocean vistas that'll have you reaching for your camera. Resort dining dominates with oceanfront terraces serving Caribbean-fusion cuisine, often requiring reservations. Most visitors rely on rental cars or resort shuttles since public transit options are limited. Championship golf courses weave through this upscale neighborhood where Mediterranean villas and contemporary homes stand amid lush tropical gardens. Learn more about Dorado
Golden sands beckon at Balneario Manuel Morales and Costa Dorado Beach, where the Atlantic meets pristine shoreline without the crowds of San Juan. Golf enthusiasts find paradise at Dorado Beach East and Dorado Del Mar courses, where ocean views compete for attention with your swing. The downtown plaza comes alive during the annual Saint Anthony festival in June, transforming this upscale community into a celebration of local culture. Nature lovers shouldn't miss Reserva Natural Playa Grande - El Paraiso, where coastal trails reveal hidden corners of Puerto Rican wilderness. After a day of exploration, the local seafood restaurants serve the day's catch with the kind of pride that only comes from generations of fishing tradition.

Dorado Beach, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve
"Location outstanding. Nature amazing. Food: absolutely overpriced for nothing special. Good quality but only good for insane prices: room service slow, again insane prices for tiny portions: for example: roasted cauliflower main cause: one small Slice of cauliflower 28$ plus service charge plus delivery plus tax. Restaurants: same! Mediocre quality, nothing outstanding only outstanding insane prices. Can’t find much variety on property either, all the same stuff. Also: everybody is only wanting even more money, for already outstandingly high prices. I like quality and service but real quality and not this. In other places of the world this would have been bankrupt long time ago. Next good food or any kind of interesting activity is 60 minutes away, so you are stuck with 250$ breakfasts for an omelette…. Sad. Location and rooms are beautiful, but …."
