"Transparency was an issue for me. There is 99.99 a day fee to have the dog stay with me. I was never disclosed about that hi fee. In addition there is a resort fee. So I ended up paying double for the room I reserved because the outrageous pet fees and resort fees. I normally get charged 25 dollars a day for a pet fee with no resort fees. Everything else was perfect and it’s why I gave it 3 stars instead of a 1 star rating."

"I traveled with my granddaughter and Mom for the night and it was okay but I don't think I would stay again; for one thing the picture of the room on the website is not the same as when you enter the room - the doors are old and the room had a small chair instead of the love seat sofa that the picture online showed and there was an odor even after I sprayed it down with Lysol. The breakfast was fine I give it a 8 for a Continental breakfast.
The bathroom needs a upgrade and the refrigerator was old and rusted around the surrounding like maybe water has been leaking from it. The surrounding was okay, it had lighting around the area but when you turn on the street to get to hotel it was pitch black. "

"Property looked clean and well kept; however, we noticed 10 roaches throughout our one-night stay. A couple were even crawling across my bed. I noticed at check-in that there was a notice on the desk that pest control was coming on 3/23. I was unable to notify the front desk of this issue because they did not open the office until 0900 and we had to leave before then. We utilized the key drop. Also, while the furnishings and linens were nice and recently updated, the beds were way too close together. One average sized person could barely get out of bed and walk to the foot of the bed. "
