"Hotel looks amazing on the outside and looks and smells better on the inside. Staff was very helpful and check in was easy and quick. They offer adjoining since we had 8 people with us so it was just like a open 2 bedroom Airbnb lol. Pool was the right temp and because it rained earlier that day the staff let the kids stay in the pool a little longer than posted, so that was great. Breakfast was decent they have a waffle maker so kids were happy. Only knock I have are the pillows were to soft...

"Bed and pillows were SUPER comfortable! Staff made sure my request of extra pillows and blanket was complete. Breakfast was good. Front desk staff were friendly and nice! The room smelled clean and inviting. Would definitely stay here again! "

Bossier City, Louisiana was perfect for the our needs. The Owner and staff are so accommodating. I had the privilege of meeting the owners and they made us feel like family. We were going to stay there just a few days and go to another hotel as we had things thing to do in more than one area and just extended our stay here because they were so nice and we really loved the newly renovated rooms. "

"The Hampton Inn at the Shreveport airport was conveniently located for our road trip. Check in and check out were done speedy and professionally. Room was very clean and bed comfortable. Bathroom water pressure was very very low…took a long time to get the shampoo out during the shower. Buffet Breakfast was served by a lady not as courteous as the other staff we met. First time I saw this type of service during my long road trip, as normally at a buffet breakfast you serve yourself."
