"Very clean room with fantastic view of the beach! Staff was very helpful and friendly. We had a very spacious corner room with a king bed and corner couch. Breakfast had a good variety of choices and was hot and plentiful. Loved that you could order a latte anytime at the bar and one of the bartenders made me a delicious Orange Crush with fresh squeezed orange juice. Altogether a very pleasant stay! Will definitely stay here again."

"I stayed in room 712 and want to start by praising the staff. The service from the employees is excellent—a true 10 out of 10. In particular, the person working the front desk was doing an amazing job taking care of all the guests checking in at that peak time. However, management urgently needs to hire more staff. Leaving just one person at the front desk during check-in hours causes long wait times, and people understandably lose their patience.Similarly, the housekeeping staff are incredibly kind and always do their absolute best with a smile. The real problem is that the company leaves them short-staffed, which directly affects the cleanliness of the hotel. The rooms were not properly cleaned: the beds, mattresses, and sofa bed have severe stains (including urine stains), the TVs are dusty, the fridge is dirty, the towels are soiled, and the shower curtain has mold. The kitchen was the worst part, as it still had leftover food from previous guests. The sofa bed looks so worn out and dirty that it looks like it was pulled out of the trash. I do not blame the cleaning staff at all; I blame the company for not hiring enough people to maintain the property.We stayed here 3 years ago, and compared to this year, the hotel's condition has deteriorated drastically. If they do not invest in proper upkeep right away, this place will be completely run down in a few years. It is deeply disappointing because this hotel has.amazing potential to attract tourists."
