After spending several days at an old hotel on the beach, this hotel was a welcome change. Reasonably located to the beach, if you wanted to spend some time there. The hotel itself is very nice, in good condition, and quiet. The room was clean, and the beds very comfortable. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The free breakfast was good, the staff better; they kept the breakfast area well stocked. The hotel is conveniently located near historic Swansboro, and plenty of great food.

This was my second time staying here. They are pet friendly, which was nice although we did not bring our dog this stay. We got there a few hours early and the lady at the desk was very nice and let us check in early even though our room was not ready yet, she said it would be ready in about an hour so we went to the beach and were able to pick up our room key when we got back. It was great having 8 pillows for 2 queen beds. I needed to supplement the breakfast buffet since I have both gluten and dairy food intolerances. The room was quiet and the air conditioning worked well. The furniture was attractive and functional.
Everything was great. I am 60 my husband almost 65 and my sister who had the adjoining room and she is 72 and handicapped. We found the beds extremely hard to get into as they are so very high and my sister needed help to get out of the bed. Other then that our stay was great.

Robbie is a great host. Went out of his way to make sure we were welcome and comfortable. He handled the power outage due to the hurricane with candles and things to make us more comfortable. We will definitely stay there again and would highly recommend.
Excellent hotel, easy to find and close to everything that we were in town for. The staff was very helpful and answered all the questions that we had. We even had a problem with our car and they recommended a shop to get it fixed. Highly recommend this hotel and any in the chain.
