"What an absolute gem in Venice! We love The Kinney - rooms are clean and spacious, great facilities to suit families or couples, friendly team who always greet you with a smile, and awesome location if you want more of a ‘local’ feeling neighborhood. Check out the shops along Abbot Kinney Blvd, great local shopping, coffee and generally a cool vibe. Can’t wait to come back!!"

"Very rude staff member at reception upon our arrival. We tried to use the water dispenser in the reception and before we figured out it was broke the lady at reception shouted ‘there is no water’. I then asked her if we could drink the tap water in the room to which she responded with ‘if you like’, followed by a sarcastic smirk. She was also very blunt when handling our check in. Apart from that room was nice and did the job and the location was decent."
