Wander through America's oldest public park, Boston Common, where colonial history lurks beneath every footpath. The Freedom Trail connects 16 revolutionary sites with a simple red line - history made foolproof. Fenway Park remains gloriously unchanged, a baseball cathedral where fans worship the Green Monster wall with religious fervor. At Quincy Market, sample clam chowder while street performers work for your spare change. The North End's narrow streets hide Italian bakeries where cannoli wars have raged for generations. Harvard students cross the river to visit actual students, while the Museum of Fine Arts houses treasures that would make European museums jealous. Nice, modern hotel at the seaport. Quiet, walkable area with lots of restaurants and great harbor views. Hotel had spacious rooms, comfortable beds, nice views, free good breakfast, rooftop patio with firepits and lots of amenities. Self parking at $15 across the street was fantastic.
The stay was excellent! Very clean & the staff was very friendly & helpful. The doorman Rob is goated, he was a really nice dude! Stay here if you are visiting Boston!
Amazing hotel;especially for the price. Upon pulling up to The Godfrey we were met by the parking valet and doorman who helped us with our luggage. They were friendly and helpful with the Porter explaining if we needed any help with advice, etc he was available. The Valet advised us of the parking procedure and the cost (we knew it was an expensive $60/day but were not going traipse around the city looking for parking). We went into the well-appointed modern lobby and immediately greeted by the...
The Marriott was very clean and a great experience. Staff was kind and extremely supportive and helpful I would recommend this hotel to anyone who visits Boston.
Overall we had a wonderful stay, the hotel is super cute and very clean! They have a restaurant attached which is super convenient as well as a 7/11 on the concern. It’s less than a 1 min walk from the train station and very easy to get too from the airport. It’s very central to everything in the north end and near a lot of tourist attractions. Would 10/10 recommend. Very walkable city!
Great location by the Pru. Well-maintained property with very clean, well designed and comfortable rooms. An unpretentious high-end hotel at a human scale. Only disappointment is the restaurant, and especially the buffet breakfast, which is primitive for the price.
It is dieeferent than your regular Marriot or Hiilton but amazingly homely. So spacious and feels like home. We came in late night and intially had some difficulty finding the property due to rain and darkness. But the attendentant buzzed us in and everything was amazing. The parking is in the back. Its very quiet and very very homely. Every attention to detail has been made to make it look different and scores well. If I were to come back and stay in Boston no questions this would be were I...
Great view of the Charles River and downtown Boston from our 8th floor room. Family suite was perfect while we were in town doing college visits with our son. He loved that the living room had a Murphy bed rather than a pull out couch and we could have easily fit our family of 5 comfortably.
