"The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. The staff are extremely kind and helpful, and the breakfast is excellent.
I do have just two suggestions I hope can be considered: there is no air conditioning in the room, which made it a bit hot and uncomfortable at times, and there is no refrigerator, so I had to bring some of my items down to the reception."
