The bar and restaurant are good and offer splendid views over the water. It’s a great alternative to staying in the city. It provides a great contrast to stay in a peaceful and relaxing hotel, whilst being within a walkable distance to the city centre. The number 4 tram service runs close to the hotel."

"We had a fantastic stay at Backby Manor with our family. The spa area was great for both kids and adults: a warm pool, plenty of floats, jacuzzi, cold plunge, separate sauna areas and a steam sauna. Everything was clean and relaxing. The room was very tidy and comfortable. The manor restaurant was beautiful and the food was excellent. The location is peaceful with nearby nature trails.
