"Lovely hotel just out of Santander in a reasonably sized village. Restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and bakeries all close by. Several sandy beaches within walking distance. Hotel was clean, tidy and quiet. Staff were lovely and helpful. Air con was powerful. We stopped here the night before we were due to catch the boat from Santader. Would happily stay here agin."

"Really quaint place in perfect location for either bus or walk on camino...room bit small for 2 but adequate and absolutely spotless/and quiet. Would stay again if passing this way."

"Room was not very large but packed in kitchenette and ensuite bathroom with small veranda with view over the nature reserve opposite. Staff were welcoming enthusiastic and very helpful they made the stay so good. The roof top bar was good to sit in the sun although the bar only serves in the summer. "

"Very good clean comfortable room with excellent A/C. The only problem we found was they do not serve meals and there was very little to choose from locally without going out in your car. We did try the restaurant next door but it was a little quirky and not everyone's liking, but the food was good. It is very close to the ferry and well signed. All in all a good overnight stop if traveling to the ferry. "

"It is certainly a very good property and it is in great condition. I just didn’t know what to make of it since it was more of a love nest four couples than a Santillana Del Mar appropriate stay. The staff was very informative and friendly and the indoor parking was superb."

"The room and hotel was very clean, the staff were very friendly, it had attached a cafe/bar with a good range of food and drinks at a very reasonable. Easy on street parking directly outside the hotel. The hotel is dog friendly and our dog got a bag of treats on arrival. Would definitely recommend this hotel 😁🐕"
