Clean rooms, great parking and the staff was super friendly. We had the family room and it was great for our crew! Loved that we didn’t have to share bathrooms with the kids. I would definitely return as it’s so close to Kitzbuhel but half the price.
Best hotel I stayed in Europe. Staff and owner were amazing. So friendly and helpful with hikes, even led me on a hike and drove me to train station and into town on golf carts. Beautiful hotel too and best views.

The castle itself is absolutely stunning and amazing, so much to explore, so beautiful. Around each corner there was something else to discover.

We were only staying in Kitzbuhel for one night at the end of a ski trip, and most places in Kitzbuhel / Kirchberg either wanted a full 7-night stay or $600 for a single night, which seemed very steep. We checked in around 9pm & probably should have paid closer attention to the hotel amenities as we may have cut dinner short in Kitzbuhel to get the most use out of the amenities. We had a very wonderful stay during our week at Hotel Edeweiss. The room was very clean, comfortable and luxurious. The food, wine and drinks were very delicious and satisfying. The location was perfect for skiing the best of Austria. The staff were all very kind, courteous, helpful and attentive to our needs. Both spas were very relaxing and healthy and we loved the atmosphere and view from the top floor pool area, where we ended each afternoon with the comforting tea service.
