"The breakfast is a voucher which can be redeemed at the local bakery. The view is incredible and the staff operated a free shuttle in/out of Bellagio. There is no pool, but there is a sun deck. The only refreshments available at the hotel is the tea, coffee and biscuits in the room and a vending machine."

"Arrived and text the hotel who arranged a time to pick us up in the shuttle bus from the ferry. A warm welcome accompanied by a complementary drink with the most fantastic views of Lake Como. We enjoyed a meal on the evening which was very enjoyable sat on the terrace. Our room had two balconies with far reaching views over the lake where we enjoyed the complementary coffees after the breakfast and a final shuttle into town for our next stop. Really enjoyable stay and would definitely stay...

"A hidden gem at the east side between Como and Bellagio. This is where you’re going when you want to experience the lake without the posh people and the crowd of tourists. Charming atmosphere , newly renovated rooms, great breakfast and arm length from the private pier with sun beds and a lot of boats and water activities. We will be back!!!"

"When you walk into the courtyard at the Palazzo you know you are somewhere special. Arianna is very welcoming and speaks very good English. The La Vista room we chose was simply amazing. Six big windows letting the light stream in and giving us fantastic views out over the Lake. The room was beautifully decorated and furnished and was spotlessly clean. The Palazzo has a lot of history and this is explained in the very useful information book in the room. The hotel has a private deck area right...

"This hotel is a gem; with helpful staff and a lakeside location off the main road. It was our first night in Italy and a perfect introduction. Lovely walk along the waterfront and you can get to Villa Balbaniello, but get tickets in advance. We would stay here again anytime."
