"Staff and location was excellent. Hotel has good amenities (pool, restaurant, sauna and steam bath). Rooms and facilities were a bit tired. Needs a scrub and a fresh coat of paint. Breakfast was delicious and generous. "

"There is a problem between the Hotel and Expedia. The room where the Hotel put us up was far different from the published photos. They downgraded us, saying that's what we had agreed to. I showed them the photos and my reservation, but the hotel insisted that is a Expedia problem. Anyway, at the end nobody solved the situation and we spent our vacations time and my wife's birthday in a horrible room. Far from what we expected."

"Absolutely incredible stay at Casas Brancas Hotel in Buzios. We stayed two nights in the summer and cannot speak highly enough of this place—we just wish we could have stayed longer. The staff is definitely one of the highlights. Both Juliana and Gabriel were very kind and helpful.
