"Terrible hotel stay. I requested a non-smoking room, but it reeked of smoke. The ceiling was falling apart, there was mold, and the room was filthy. The towel was disgusting — I didn’t notice until the smell hit me, and when I fully opened it, it had horrible stains. Using it gave me a rash. The general manager hid and refused to speak with me. Completely unsafe, unhygienic, and unacceptable. I will never stay here again."

"The parking is non-existent. You must use a parking facility somewhere else in town, or use the third-party valet service. The valet service does not post their hours, which I only discovered when they had apparently closed up for the night and were not available to take delivery of my car. The front desk staff were very friendly, lovely, helpful people. The room was clean, but basic. It could have definitely used a thorough dusting. The inclusion of what appeared to be an off-colour dollar store shower mat also cheapened the feel of the washroom."

"Very nice stay! Front desk staff was always so nice and kind and helpful. Breakfast was great and they had so many choices. Beautiful warm pool, gym, everything was very clean. "

"Clean room? Well the bed was made everyday and the dirty towels were removed and replaced with clean ones, but I had cut my hair a little when I was styling it and the hairs laid in the sink for 2 days. And the area around the sink was tacky from hairspray and that was never washed off. The staff were wonderful, very pleasant. I only had breakfast today. Got the savory one and it was very good. I loved the atmosphere inside the hotel, very calm and peaceful, and loved the location. so much to see just walking down Delaware Ave. Would definitely return."

"The hotel was not the cleanest...there were also multiple families that were asked to leave...one involved a domestic dispute and another involved a mother leaving their baby in the laundry room unattended...not great situation for our younger kids to witness."
