"Staff especially Lhynne was wonderful but overall amenities and property management including food options is very poor. New Year’s Eve event was horrible, most of the things promised didn’t happen & food left a lot to desire for. Overall not a world class 3 star resort even. The staff however are polite and tried their best to provide a good experience but they are constrained by the amenities & what’s available for them to do. Overpriced for a resort of this quality. "

"We had a great stay at Casa Nacpan. It is not really close to anything by foot but if you want a little oasis from the madness of El Nido would recommend. Badrummet har bara dusch, vilket är lite opraktiskt om man inte vill få håret blött. Men det finns en liten hylla precis utanför duschen, praktiskt att ställa sina egna produkter där.
