"The place is amazing given that it is in the middle of a national forest. If you want to have a real snorkeling experience, book a trip to Menjangan island, and not just by the private jetty. While you will see fish off the jetty, the coral are mostly bleached. This is a beautiful place to reconnect with nature and enjoy the generous balinese hospitality."

"This is a gorgeous boutique hotel -- it felt like an oasis to us. The rooms are very spacious and many of them are their own little bungalow. The hotel was clearly set up by someone who had passion for this; the detailing and decorations are very tasteful. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. When the main ferry service had terrible delays due to an incident, the manager, Mey, chartered a boat for us and arranged for a car in Bali to get us to our destination. "A wonderful resort. Our villa with hot spring was divine. Spacious, private and the bed was incredible. Set in beautiful gardens, there is a spa, gym and beautiful pools. The staff are incredible and breakfasts are excellent- we had several meals and the prices are very reasonable. There is jetty for tour boat pick up and drop off and snorkelling Menjangen is highly recommended. We had a wonderful stay at Mimpi and will definitely stay afain."
