"There was a major shower leak that they wanted us to ignore. It sounded like someone was showering. I had to ask for a full refund which I’m still waiting for it to show on my credit card since they did not have any rooms available. "

"Wonderful experience "

"Everything was good until I got in my room and the T.V didn’t work. I called the front office and someone came within minutes. Well now everything went wrong I was told that “He was sorry but he couldn’t get the T.V to work and there was not another room available everything was booked. But he could give me a discount if I was stay another night or my next visit. Well I had spent all my money couldn’t go anywhere else so I stayed. Then when I checked out and asked for the discount I was told that was only if I was staying another day. So I paid full price plus $60 cash deposit and had no T.V all night. That is bull crap I should have been given something I didn’t expect to get all my money back but it was just swept under the rug and I was treated like it never happened. I am so upset that they could do that and not be held responsible for the inconvenience to me. I was there and paid the money and was not given wahat I paid for So I am not happy with what I went through and will never stay there again and I have been there multiple times over the years. "
