All of the staff were friendly and helpful to all our needs. We stayed in a junior suite which was very clean and accomadated the 3 of us well. With the bedroom door shut, it gave my daughter her own space. The breakfast was fantastic, had enough variety for anyone. The beach had plenty of umbrellas and chairs. The beach bar had good drinks and snacks. Two wonderful restaurants within a 5 minute walk and a mini mart around the corner. Would highly recommend.

This is a really nice hotel for the price. The location is probably 30 mins away from the 2 best beaches on the island. Not to mention the location is also by a beach that has some great waves and even a soccer stadium with a track. It's also by some good resturants. breakfast in the morning was amazing and staff was super nice. Definitely give it a try. Oh and there are cats all over the place outside of the hotel that the hotel helps feed, pretty cool just watching cats come and go haha.

Everything was perfect, stuff was kind and helpfull, nice pool with sunbeds, also the tasty food!

Close to the one of the best beach in Crete, clear waters, sandy and rocky beach, many restaurants nearby even open in the end of october

Great stay! Beautiful, clean rooms with gorgeous views. Friendly staff. Perfect base for easily exploring the West side. We stayed ten nights and it was a very peaceful hotel with a lovely pool. Beach out front is OK for swimming, but there many other beaches easily found in close proximity that are better. Definitely rent a car to be able to fully explore the West side.

This place is a must visit in Crete. The rooms are modern, immaculate and designed thoughtfully. The hotel is perched on a hill that provides impressive views of a stunning beach and clear waters of the Mediterranean. Check in was smooth, due to the friendliness of the staff and the restaurant is fantastic. My wife has severe celiac disease and they accommodated her allergies multiple times for breakfast and dinner and she never got sick. I highly recommend this place for any travelers...

The estate surpassed our expectations. The view from our room was absolutely breath taking. We enjoyed coffee in the morning with the White mountains as our view. My wife watched as a local farmer's sheep herd mades its way down the road. We loved the traditional Cretan food at the local tavernas. The short distance to the water front village of Sougia was nice. Many restaurants to choose from. We truly enjoyed our stay!
