It’s beautiful & peaceful boutique retreat in the center of Old Port but wonderfully tucked away down a small pedestrian alley providing a peaceful environment with all the convenience. The staff were warm, attentive and friendly at both the front desk and the restaurant. The food at the restaurant was fantastic…not to be missed! I stayed in room 102 which was a bit nicer lay out than my friends room who was in 101"

I imagine it has to do with the water being recycled (grey water) and for such an expensive hotel to not replenish water bottles daily was a surprise. Everything else was fantastic."
