I stayed there for 9 days with my fiancé . The customer service was excellent ,the room was clean,and well kept. The neighborhood is very upscale and quiet. There is a pharmacy ,a bar ,and a store (Oxxo) right next door to the hotel so everything is close by if you need to stock up on beer or other drinks and hit the beach.Also ,the Hotel is a great place to get a good night sleep. A Big Thank you Vallarta Live Hotel !

What a place! I have stayed at many other nice and fancy places and nothing compares to this place. Grand Vellas is on a whole other level. The service is amazing. Eric Santana was amazing! My family really enjoyed staying at La Puesta. The views are spectacular, we loved waking up to see and hear the ocean everyday. The rooms were spacious, clean and nicely curated. My kids (7&9) loved the pool and slide. The staff were super friendly and accommodating, and the location was perfect because it was quiet, away from the noise of the town center, but a convenient 10 minute walk (or couple minute golf cart) ride into town. Definitely recommend and would consider staying here again.
