This is an amazing place, gorgeous house. Cachi and and his wife, Gaby, the owners, were so kind and ready to make anything happened. Irma the housekeeper/chef made great food and was very kind. If you are looking to relax in PV, this is a great place to stay at. We had a minor issue with the hot water in our reserved room which was quickly fixed but Cachi upgraded us to a big suite with better views and a jacuzzi. He was always ready to help, taxis came quickly and we even had masseuses come...

Very nice newer hotel. Best Hampton Inn that I ever stayed in. Breakfast is great! AC works really well. Important this time of year. Relaxing pool.

We enjoyed our stay and couldn't have picked a better spot! We walked everywhere and the area was safe. The only thing we didn't like was breakfast- there are better places around for breakfast if you are vegetarian or vegan.

We were able to move to a quieter room thanks to manager Raul. Construction still going on. Room was clean. I really enjoyed the access to the gym as I am recuperating from surgery and must exercise. The breakfast service was nice and the 24 hour coffee and tea a nice perk. Carlos at front desk very helpful too.

People were very good and cooperative. Property needs some attention as the shower faucet was broken. But overall good property. PV is away, so car or taxi will be meeded.

This property was great. Clean, high quality, ocean view, everything we hoped it would be. The only problem we had was the hot water going out four times followed by a few attempts in communication with follow up.

This is easily one of my favorite trips to mexico. Veronica at the front desk, the housekeeping staff, as well as the servers, were all beyond amazing. I had the villa, which felt like literally, I was living in a one bedroom villa, and it was magical. I can't wait to go back.

Always love the quiet safe and very modern comforts of GRAND MIRAMAR. Have stayed many times. The view from most higher floor units is incredible. The location in the hills south of town is all residential and upscale. Depending on your hiking skills you might be using a lot of taxi service to get to the old town but it’s well worth it.

I was here for three nights in February 2024 and had an enjoyable stay. The front desk team of Joseph and Neo were friendly and supportive. The room was spacious and the shower was huge and divine. I also liked the rooftop pool as an escape from the town when I needed it. I recommend this place if you want a nice hotel near the downtown of Sayulita. It kind of felt like an oasis in the busy town.

Great accommodations and rooftop bar/pool amenity. GM Guillermo even gave us a ride to the airport as Ubers weren’t available in time.

The customer service imakes you want to come back the staff goes above and beyond I would totally recommend this hotel the food was better than good . We got the VIP wristbands and they are totally worth it . I can’t say enough good things about this place .

Property is very clean and Tranquil. Loved everything about it. Will come back for sure.

My wife and I stayed at the W to attend a family wedding in nearby Sayulita, however unfortunately we were not able to locate a luxury hotel and amenities in town. Originally, we were concerned about the distance between Punta Mita and Sayulita, however that never was a problem, as the actual drive was only 20-30 minutes from the city. My wife and I go to somewhere in Mexico for 6 nights almost every other month. We usually stay at all inclusive resorts (Riu), but this time we decided to change it up and try a condo vacation. We could not have been more pleased, from the time we arrived at Vista Vallarta and checked in, then seeing the HUGE condo with an amazing view, to the time we had to check out..The stay was absolutely perfect. We loved it here! We have stayed across the street at Suites for the last 7 times. (Suites and Susana are with the Los Arcos group, we love Suites also). We decided to try Susana this time. It was great! Our room was very comfortable and we loved the 4th floor pool and area to sit and relax. The staff is fantastic and will definitely stay here again.
