"I choose this property because it included a kitchenette but didn't work .. they keep saying to wait until de stove heat it we spend 45 mints to fry and egg... It was frustrating... We had to throw away all the food we bought cause we never had the chance to cook it ... The Receptionist Jessica , offered us tips and recomendations about the place thru Whatsapp I'm still waiting on the tips even though I remember her the info twice.. Mattress was bad you could feel all the wires and wasnt...

"Heiss Hotel is beautiful hotel located in a quieter part of El Poblado but within walking distance of great restaurants and parks. The Hotel itself has a coffee shop, 2 restaurants, a rooftop bar, spa, health bar and a palates/yoga studio. Rooms are clean and staff is extremely friendly and help full. I would highly recommend this hotel to any of my friends and family. "
