"Lovely oldy worlde atmosphere and attention to detail of days gone by. Nothing is too much for them. Extremely comfortable beds and I am very fussy. Lovely comfortable sun beds as well. Well worth buying the room with access to the M lounge. Best of all free golf buggy transport to VIP entrance to the pyramids 5 minutes away that the public can’t use to the base of the great pyramid. "

"We loved our stay at Neom Pyramids Valley Boutique Hotel. The hotel is located just a few minutes away from the pyramid complex so the location is unbeatable if visiting the pyramids & GEM. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable & were so friendly. Our stay also included free airport pickup & breakfast, the breakfast spread was great. Additionally, there is a rooftop restaurant with an incredible view of the pyramids, we enjoyed dinner & drinks up there during our stay! Overall, would absolutely recommend."

"Difficult for front desk to understand or communicate in English and there was only one staff member who was English speaking. Water was not supplied in room, nor was coffee or tea. Otherwise the room was large with nice sitting area"

There were good restaurants around that the staff guided us to, but we ate in our room because it was so nice and private and the staff brought in restaurant food for us that we ordered. We were able to walk to the museum and the pyramids were a short taxi ride away. They booked us an expert at Saqqara and he was the best. We also had a juccuzi in our room. GREAT hotel and staff. "
