"We used the hotel as a landing spot for our midnight flight. The hotel was super helpful in allowing an early check-in, and they upgraded us to a bigger room. The pool was incredible, and we enjoyed a meal before being transferred to the airport. Overall, it was a great experience."

"I loved the hotel. The rooms are clean and very spacious. I enjoyed using their quality shampoo, conditioner, shower gel,and lotion every morning. The Centric is central to restaurants, the airport,and just about every where else. You must check out the pool and bar rooftop view. I must say that everyone was very helpful and eager to help to make my stay there an enjoyable one. While at the Hyatt Centric my trip was far more than I had anticipated. Why you may ask? The answer in one word is RUDY! He is the best bellman I have ever met. RUDY was attentive, helpful, jovial, informative,and best of all he is bilingual. God bless Rudy. He made everything so much easier for me. I asked a question and RUDY always had the right answer for me. Hyatt Centric is a much better choice for visitors simply because of RUDY! You must tell RUDY that I say hello when you visit. You are going to love him as much as I do, if not more. He loves what he does and it shows every time. Hello RUDY , YOU ROCK!"
