Everyone was so friendly and helpful from desk to the cleaning staff. Service was impeccable. I love the restaurant. The food was excellent and the drinks were the best I’ve had. We went there two of three nights and I regret not being able to go our last night. I will definitely be back when I return to San Jose

Had a hard time finding this place because the online directions were wrong. However, the difficulty finding it was more than outweighed by our experience with the hotel itself. This property was absolutely wonderful from the amenities to the very nice staff to the beautiful location. Keep in mind that the hotel is about 20 to 30 minutes from the city area and taxis can get expensive however this hotel is worth it. Activities multiple restaurants, great spa tennis golf course and a historical tour available..

Your staff was Super-helpful during my 4 nights there….. Kendall, Rebecca, Genesis, Alejandro & David all helped me with logistics and reservations and general information. They were attentive, accurate, helpful & polite. Plus, they helped me with my fairly lame Español….

We stayed there for 19 days. The property was beautiful and the staff was very friendly. The restaurant served delicious food. The free breakfasts were always good and the service was great!

Great customer service, even booked a shuttle for the next day (same price as if I did it myself). Airport pickup, reception, check-in, breakfast, local directions, and the room were all excellent. They even drove us to a nearby restaurant. The only drawback was that Room #1 was in the hallway, so be aware that noises in the hallway and bedroom transmit easily.

We only stayed here for an evening as a stop over before our flight but we really enjoyed it. The staff were friendly and really helped us out when we couldn’t get an Uber due to a local event. The rooms were modern and clean and the pool area was peaceful.

Nice hotel with all the amenities and close to the airport. Has a variety of restaurants nearby that are walkable. Will stay there again.

I chose this hotel because of its proximity to SJO, the availability of its business center (to print my boarding pass), and the free breakfast to get me going in the morning. I ended up having dinner there the night prior as well. The costs were fair and the food was pretty good. The staff was VERY friendly and accomodating, and when I come back to visit San Jose, I will definitely be staying here again.

The casino had a wide range of gambling options and the 24hr bar has a lot of "social butterflies" to engage with.

Took a while to find the place but when I arrived, finally, the hotel looked very inviting from the outside. I had the upstairs suite with a nice balcony overlooking the pool. The only thing was when I got to my room and it was late when I checked in, I didn't realize until an hour later that the cold knob in the shower was broken. No worries though, early next morning I was moved into another suite with my own private garden next to my bedroom. Thanks guys!
