"When I got to my room. The TV guide didn't work. I called the desk and maintenence was there in 2 minutes. He was tryingbto fix for an hour. He couldnt fix it. Then took another half hour to get me new room. I got to hotel around 1pm. I was charged $25 for early check in. 2 hours early. Thats crazy. Ive never been charged for early check in. And no where is that stated on their website. They did credit the $25 for the inconvenience of TV, after I complained. By time I finally got my room changed, it was almost 3pm. Which is check in."

"Definitely needs upgrades in the bathroom and some other areas. However, there was a poster stating they will be doing some renovations. The breakfast buffet was large but would have liked some gluten free choices with bread or muffins. The staff was extremely friendly. "

"We were absolutely satisfied with our stay. Our room was clean and kept up daily. Our room overlooked the beach so we enjoyed the ocean every day. The staff was very efficient and helpful. The breakfast selection was good; plenty to eat. This property is small, so maybe it doesn't offer as many amenities as some of the larger ones, but it has a hometown friendly vibe. The location is great -- close to the pier and to a walkway across to the beach. It's in walking distance to lots of restaurants. We would stay here again."

"Beach view was great. Staff-great. Rooms-clean but frig too small. Bathroom-great. Luggage carts- need many more, i saw 2 the whole visit. Property and restaurant-great. Food-great."
