The parking lot view from the hotel, unfortunately, left a lot to be desired - I'd prefer a parking lot or wooded view to the mobile homes across the street. That's the only unfortunate feature of this facility. "

"This hotel has been entirely renovated, and is great! The location is perfect in downtown Battle Creek, and is walkable from restaurants and the train station. The bed was super comfortable. On the top floor there is a bar with a fabulous view of Battle Creek. I will definitely make this my hotel of choice when returning to Battle Creek."

"It was horrible, the room was stinky, the sheets were stinky, I checked in with my two little service dogs and they shut down the card to access the room because I wasn’t requesting room service (due to my dogs that they’re were at the room with me) so they decided to do that without asking, I even did my checkout 2 days early, I won’t recommend this hotel never. Sorry I’m being rude but is the truth. "

"The ONLY complaint i have is that they must have their temps set wrong in the pool room and the pool temp. It was like walking into a suana in the room and the pool water temp was as hot as a hot tub. No lie! Due to having the grandbabies visit we swam anyways but swim long and the gurls kept getting out and cooling off by standing ubder the shower in cold water. Lol Breakfast was great and way more options than the typical continental breakfast. "
