It was a very dingy hotel. Needs to be upgraded.

The staff was wonderful. The property was clean and pool, and hot tub were clean. Easy on and off the expressway. Will definitely be going back here.

Clean room, comfortable bed, friendly and helpful staff. The hotel was nice and quiet; seemed like we were the only ones there at times lol. The pool and hot tub were nice, especially because we had it all to ourselves when we went down there. Complimentary breakfast was good and had a nice variety including scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, cereal, a waffle maker to make your own waffles, fruit, yogurt, bagels, bread and a toaster, milk, apple juice, orange juice, coffee, and hot water for tea.

This is an older hotel that is getting upgrades. Beds are the most comfortable beds I haven't ever slept on, no lie. Hot tub and pool are heated/cooled perfectly. If you have the chance, get the executive suite, room 201 or 202. Unbelievably the largest room ever and a balcony overlooking the atrium pool area. Breakfast was included and coffee was delicious. Thank you for a wonderful stay!! ❤️

This hotel was very dirty and very run down. All of the carpeting throughout the property had stains and looked very dirty. I would never stay here again.

The whirlpool/spa and swimming pool were a blessing after 9+ hours driving. I specifically scheduled our stay there for the whirlpool. Us old farts need that after driving for hours.

I plan to stay again soon as we will be back to visit family. It is centrally located near the highway which is helpful. The staff were so friendly. There were a lot of families present. The pool and breakfast area looked very nice. The hotel hallways and stairwells were not very clean and looked shabby but when I got into my room, it was extremely clean and well maintained. The bed was very comfy, AC and TV, Fridge worked well. My sheets were a little stained but clean and smelled fresh. Overall it was exactly what I wanted, good price with a clean room.

Not clean. Being renovated so maybe it will improve? Pool and hot tub looked nice but we didn’t have time to use them. Staff was helpful!

Many blood stains and 2 feet in diameter urine stains on sheets on all pillows and on the bed. Notify staff and they brought more sheets with stains and musty smell. Staff refuse to give credit even though it was booked and arrive within 10 minutes of each. I collected many pictures of all the blood and urine stains and foreign black stains. I have been trying to contact hotel management, but they keep denying saying that they’re not available at this time. This is been going on for three days.
Urine and blood stains. I had to reduce the quantity of the pictures to stay within the allowed data. I have many more but don’t fit.
Pillows with unknown black stains greased and urine stains
Foreigns stains on all pillows. Unfortunately I don’t have pictures of the musty stench.

The entire hallway smelled like a mixture of smoke and something foul. The carpet in the hallway was filthy and has not been cleaned any time recently. The room was far from clean and the bed was not made, it looked as though they just pulled the blankets back up after the previous guests. The smell was awful in the room. The staff seemed to find more enjoyment and laughter than empathy when the concerns were brought to their attention.
