I will definitely stay here again next time I’m in Houston!

The manager was so nice. Im working nights and need to sleepy during the day, and he put me in the quietest room they had and i slept so good. Very friendly staff, comfortable rooms, and also affordable. 10/10 will stay again.

The room was excellent and the bed exceeded my comfort expectations. The bathroom was very modern and clean. The breakfast and WiFi were excellent. Thank you and can’t wait to stay at your property again.

We were very pleased with the room. The TV had some problems we reported as we left. The young lady at the check-out called me several days later and thanked me for reporting the TV and gave us a discount on our room. We were very surprised about the discount and will stay again if we have to return to Houston, TX again.

The staff was very nice. The property was quiet and you felt safe. Its close to a lot of restaurants the boardwalk and nasa. I definitely recommend it for families. I will be staying here again. Super clean!

Accidental stay, thanks to flight cancellation. After a miserable evening at IAH standing in long lines, my wife and I gave up trying to get a hotel voucher from Frontier Airline, and picked this hotel on Expedia. We were tired. This hotel was clean and well-mannered. Both evening and morning staff were courteous and efficient, and the breakfast better than average. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. Did not use the exercise room or pool. Pool looked clean, but is right next to the parking...

Excellent room. Bed was not as comfortable as expected for the price. Restaurants nearby were awesome!

We enjoyed the location. At checkin we were told they did not have the type of room available that we had booked but they up graded our room and gave us a free breakfast for the two of us. We will definitely stay again. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

It's been awhile since I stayed at a residence inn. Forgot how nice it is to have the bigger room and the feeling of an apartment after a long day of work. Didn't use the kitchen but everything looked new and clean. Stainless steel appliances. Everything I needed for a four-day business trip to houston. Would definitely stay again.

Great location and price plus the staff was nice.The only issue i had is the shower had no place to place my bar soap or my wifes liquid soap. We literally had to place them on the shower floor while taking a shower. Room 1213. Im not sure if all rooms are this way.

We have stated here already several times. it is a nice hidden gem downtown that isn't a big chain hotel (even though Hilton owns it now) and has the small boutique hotel charm. The rooms are clean and very modern. The bar has some of the best burgers especially considering its from a hotel bar. Would definitely recommend and plan to continue using the hotel for any downtown stays.

This is our go-to hotel in the Minute Maid Park/George R Brown area. We have stayed at least 10 times. Staff is super courteous and helpful. Breakfast is good and the hotel is always clean.
