Bed was okay. Pillows and blanket were comfy. I stayed in a room with a window facing the street and it was a little loud during weekday mornings. I recommend ear plugs. Breakfast was really good. That staff was super friendly. I didn't have to lift a finger. They brought me everything to my table.

Great location! Just a few blocks away from El Poblado and Lleras Parks, and walking distance from Provenza. This is great since you are close enough but will be able to get your sleep without hearing everyone partying on the street! And it felt pretty safe to walk the area.
