"I really can’t say enough good things about this hotel. Akash was genuinely one of the nicest and most helpful people I’ve met during my travels. As a solo traveler, I really appreciated how helpful and welcoming he was from the beginning I had a very early flight, and they went out of their way to pick me up when i arrived as i was lost lol and dropped me off in the middle of the night with no prior notice so I wouldn’t miss my flight. Which meant really so much to me they even upgraded my room for free, which was such a kind surprise. The room was perfect big, clean, comfortable, with nice hot water and the WiFi worked perfectly! Everything about my stay here was amazing i really appreciated how much they helped me as a solo traveler with anything i needed. They genuinely went above and beyond, and I always felt looked after. It honestly felt like family. Thank you so much to Akash and the whole team for making my stay in Varanasi such a great experience. I would 100% stay here again and recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Varanasi. You really can’t ask for better hospitality."

"Very very prime location, walkable to all places. Good room service The front desk messed our airport transportation. We booked 5 am airport car service, double checked it again previous day but on the day they didnt have it. Last minute got an uber as i had local data plan. Very stressed."

"Property is just beside the bank of Ganges, very new well maintained but the only drawback i faced in this Savan month is not accessible by boat so need to walk through the narrow dirty lanes and crowded with 2 wheelers for around 800 mtr. Suggesting to put sign posting inside this lanes. Overall stay in the hotel was excellent."

"Really clean room & good shower with a functiong mixer tap unlike a lot of hotels in India. The housekeeping, reception, travel agency & food/beverage teams were all excellent. You could tell they were proud of working for the hotel. I would rate it as the best hotel in my 3 week stay in India."

What was a genuine 11/10 was the staff - they went over and above to ensure that my guests had a great stay from the minute they landed at the airport to the time they took off. "Beautiful resort with a serene, spiritual atmosphere. The stunning artwork and presence of Lord Shiva throughout the property were truly the highlight of our stay. The rooms are spacious, thoughtfully designed, and feature large, well-appointed bathrooms with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The amenities are excellent, and the pool is clean, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxing. The staff are courteous, attentive, making you feel genuinely welcome. "Its was safe, family friendly and staff was exceptionally helpful to move around and support every way. Definitely recommend to other for a calm, blissful and peaceful stay. Neatness and water was an issue. The rooftop restaurant was good but missed to have the authentic Varanasi food."

"Hotel is quite basic for the rates charged. It requires updating and more 3 pin plug sockets. The location is perfect for prayers etc as it's by the river. The restaurant serves extremely nice veg food at a reasonable price."
