Property was great for kids! Had transportation to the beach and old San Juan. Was walking distance to T-mobile arena. Then Francisco makes the best drinks at the bar. (The chicken tenders are amazing)

Great property! I loved the amenities (24 hr pool, hot tub, hotel beach area with umbrellas and lounge chairs, restaurant, and chocobar). The staff were nice and helpful. The hotel was nice with an amazing Bay view and pool lounge area. The front desk staff were nice and friendly especially Chris. He had great customer service and very down to earth. The junior suite is a nice size with an amazing view of the bay if you’re on the back side of the hotel. The balcony is also a nice size. There’s a small sofa but no chair(s). Truly a lovely place for those of the Senior group. Was close to the beach. With several stores to shop for wants and necessities.

Only wish the Pool was a bit larger especially for one like myself somewhat prohibited in my moving which made me a bit uncomfortable with attempting to go in. Otherwise, things were wonderful and, will come back again.

I was not sure about the area of the hotel at first, but the people were so nice , the area was also nice and we were able to walk to most places we needed to walk to , I loved the fact that I could go across the street for food. The hotel was so cool!! The small and big details made the hotel even better, our room was nice, bathroom was very big!! The room was just enough for two people
The property inside is very nice and elegant. Didn't like that have to pay 25 dollars per night for parking when im paying to stay in here. Other wise everyone is amazing. And i appreciate them.
I thought it was very clean. New Air con. Made it very comfortable. They had a new flat screens. You could eat off the floor. It was very discreet coming in and out. There were quite a few restaurants and Cantinas very close and next door. I was very surprised. They had a Walgreens right next store that's sold everything including Wine and Liquor at a very cheap price. I would recommend it to anyone. Thank you
