I was not sure about the area of the hotel at first, but the people were so nice , the area was also nice and we were able to walk to most places we needed to walk to , I loved the fact that I could go across the street for food. The hotel was so cool!! The small and big details made the hotel even better, our room was nice, bathroom was very big!! The room was just enough for two people
Property was great for kids! Had transportation to the beach and old San Juan. Was walking distance to T-mobile arena. Then Francisco makes the best drinks at the bar. (The chicken tenders are amazing)
The property inside is very nice and elegant. Didn't like that have to pay 25 dollars per night for parking when im paying to stay in here. Other wise everyone is amazing. And i appreciate them.
Hotel Milano is placed in a great area, me and my mate was able to walk to pretty much everything, food, shopping, bars, and local convenience stores. The staff were very friendly and helpful, we were even given complimentary umbrella for the rain. I really appreciate the hospitality, I would definitely recommend others to stay here. I felt safe and everyone in the area was very welcoming.
Everything within reach including the beach. We didn’t rent a car during our visit and didn’t have any problem finding anything. Clean, cozy and beautiful hotel!
Our stay was absolutely amazing until the last day the people that checked in next to us blasted music from 3 pm all the way till we called the front desk and asked them to lower it down… then came in at 5am and made noise till 6 am. If staying here I would definitely let the front desk know if you like your privacy and peace because that was annoying besides that we had an amazing time so many places to walk to. People are friendly and staff is amazing

But the restaurant staff some of them were terrible. I felt like they treated us poorly because we were black even though we were very professional. Celebrating Birthdays and graduations. We spent lots of money there and every restaurant treated us like crap. Two days straight we came into 2 of the restaurants and they actually seated two families before us and they didn't have reservations for.the restaurant. And they had more people...
I received a txt from owner with the pin of entrance & my room code. It was very easy and understandable what you need to do. The room was a beauty, it was cozy and clean. The bathroom had black darkspots on the ceiling like on the corner idk what it was not sure if mold but other than that it was clean. The aesthetics was a vibe. Now I think the rooms should be less of price because my room neighbors were super loud all night up until 4-5ish and my other neighbor from another room came out and...
I always try to book when I’m going to attend a concert in the “Choli” because of the location. It’s cozy and clean which is super important to me. Very much recommended.
