The property was beautiful and the room staff was attentive But the restaurant staff some of them were terrible. I felt like they treated us poorly because we were black even though we were very professional. Celebrating Birthdays and graduations. We spent lots of money there and every restaurant treated us like crap. Incredibl le experience and staff is top-notch even for Four Seasons standards. Helpful, friendly, caring and go the extra mile. Overall vibe of the report is peaceful and serene. Pool Is wonderful and spa is excellent.

This hotel is brand new. Beautiful and clean with all the newest and best. Breakfast was so good. We ordered drinks at the bar, dinner as well and all were yummy! Pool is beautiful. Staff is amazing! Lots of parking but a little inconvenient having to remember to stamp your pass in order to get out of the parking lot, but at least there is parking!

The room and bed was comfortable, the staff was great. The shower was great, the balcony was an added bonus. Coffee and snacks in the morning was nice. The parking was very easy and convenient. The only thing I would say is that the pictures of the beach is a little misleading on the website. It is a rocky beach, no access in walkable distance that we could see. However there is a marvelous beach across from the Kiosks in Liquillo that I highly recommmend. I would stay here again for sure.

This place was so romantic. The room had all of the perfect amenities for the beach! From beach chairs, umbrella, and nice cold drinking water...to q-tips, luscious towels, and make up remover pads. Loved the decor! Will definitely return again.

Anchors Hotel was excellent! Great location, with plenty of food and activities nearby. The facilities are brand new. They are beautiful, modern, and practical—100% recommended. Definitely we are coming back!

The property inside is very nice and elegant. Didn't like that have to pay 25 dollars per night for parking when im paying to stay in here. Other wise everyone is amazing. And i appreciate them.

Really beautiful resort & it’s very close to the airport

The Doubletree was a great hotel. The 24 hour market across the street, nearby beach and multiple restaurants on the area were all a plus. There’s an on-site restaurant that I didn’t try but seemed to have a constant flow of customers throughout my stay so I’ll assume it’s good lol. They also offered a ride to the beach which included free beach chairs and umbrella. Property was great for kids! Had transportation to the beach and old San Juan. Was walking distance to T-mobile arena. Then Francisco makes the best drinks at the bar. (The chicken tenders are amazing)

The hotel was nice with an amazing Bay view and pool lounge area. The front desk staff were nice and friendly especially Chris. He had great customer service and very down to earth. The junior suite is a nice size with an amazing view of the bay if you’re on the back side of the hotel. The balcony is also a nice size. There’s a small sofa but no chair(s).
