Love this place!! But realize…this isn’t a hotel. It’s a Bed & Breakfast…which to me, is so much better!! During the day we had a wonderful lady take care of us. When we woke up she had a wonderful French press coffee for us, made a great breakfast. Provided anything we needed. Our deck was so peaceful in the morning. Waking up, opening up the French doors and listening to the waves. We loved it so much that we stayed an extra day!
It’s not a restaurant and definitely not a bar. So forget...
Forget the other reviews at Durhan from years ago. The resort is well maintained. However, the falling leaves can still be cleaned better. But, I have not much problem with this organic imperfection. Also, I did not see any plastic in the beach area which is a really good sign. If they continue being a nice resort, it could be a nice getaway from the city.

If you are prepared for apartment style living and don't mind not having staff on hand 24hrs a day this place is great. Staff is great and you can have your clothes laundry for a small price. No complained, price is reasonable. In other words, you get what you paid for. It is closed to my house but i choose to stay there because i have peeps in and out. It is convenient to have meetings and to catch up with family and old friends.
