The front desk staff was friendly, helpful, appreciative. Did I say personable? They were wonderful. The front desk sets the tone! My room was so large and had been remodeled. I have never stayed in such a large suite! The bed was comfortable, and room was so clean! Thank you for having a full length mirror in the room. TVs were in both the living room and bedroom. The only complaint I have is the hotel seemed close to completely booked up and 2 of the 3 elevators were down making it very long waits to get up and down. When we checked in 2 we're working but the next morning only one was. All the other things the hotel had to offer were amazing, we got drinks at the bar, swam and ate breakfast. Will probably book there again
The staff was attuned to our needs. We got in late and had to leave early. There was an attendant at breakfast that made sure we were being helped if we needed anything. I drove from Minnesota to Florida and back to Minnesota with Make a Wish. We had several stops on our way. Aside from the Make a Wish Villa supplied for our little traveler, this was the best stay of our trip.
The room was clean and comfortable. It was raining so we couldn't enjoy the pool. There are 2 hotels sharing the same building and you can eat breakfast from both (they have different food choices).
The best part: The employees both overnight and morning hands down gave the best customer service i have had at a hotel in years. Thank you all for going above and beyond. Awesome shower pressure and temp. The breakfast was really good with lots of options.
Not my favorite parts: The bed was extremely firm and i prefer a softer mattress (not a complaint). The room smelled like someone had recently smoked in it. They offered to switch our room but i wanted the jacuzzi so we kept it.

I was a great stay except for the following. The tub faucet dripped continuously- no matter how adjustments were done to ensure it was turned completely off. Also, our neighbors were loud and easily heard. The orange juice was sour.
Great stay, place was quiet and front desk staff was very nice. They originally put me in a room which accidentally didn't get cleaned but they switched me asap. Great deal for the price.
