"This is a University residence for most of the year but a perfectly fine inn during July and August. The price was less than half that of the city average so yes it’s basic but for value and a quiet, safe and clean place to sleep it was perfect. Was able to have a great meal out at Lunar rogue Pub with the money we saved. "
