"The location is beautiful. Really peaceful and picturesque. I would recommend that you hire a car because you can get to the highlights of the island better and it’s more cost effective than taxis. What makes this hotel, in addition to the beautiful grounds and beach, are the staff ! They are so attentive and professional and friendly. Felt really welcome and cared for. The breakfast was varied and tasty and was very good quality. Room service was prompt and the service fee is worth it. Our room was very spacious. I didn’t go on holiday to watch tv but it would have been nice to have some English entertainment. Outdoor private shower was really nice. The cleaners always did a good job. Wasn’t keep on the outdoor bathtub, but it’s there. The buggy system to get to and from the car park was excellent. Gym was clean and adequate. Finally, the spa was good. I only used the hammam once and I had everything to myself."

The rooms could really use an update and they should work more on the cleanliness in the rooms (hate seeing hair on the floor or bed). The kids club is amazing, as well as the game village in the garden, could be there for days. Breakfast is OK."
