"This place was so comfortable. The staff were so friendly and there is a lot of attention to detail. You can book a session at the private spas and have a look at the Christmas lights outside the resort. The staff went above and beyond to help us book a taxi for the day at short notice and offered hotel transportation. Even the cheapest room is wonderful and very comfortable."

We were greeted by very friendly staff late at night. There are activities in the FREE(!) fun zone to entertain toddlers and smaller kids but still some entertainment value for low teens, including a video screen that you pop things by touching them, and a small trampoline area with marshmallow pit and climbing wall like the world’s smallest trampoline park. The hostess was very friendly and helpful. We had to leave at 4:30 in the morning to see sunrise and the front desk lady helped us open the garage gate. We really appreciated their help.
