The rooms were spacious, clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. Every detail made us feel welcomed and well cared for. The staff went above and beyond throughout our stay—friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. Their hospitality truly made a difference. The location is perfect, just steps from the beach and close enough to enjoy everything Puerto Viejo has to offer while still feeling like a private oasis. Waking up to the sounds of nature and spending our days surrounded by lush greenery was a dream. The food and drinks were excellent, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations in every way. Whether you’re looking for a romantic getaway, a family vacation, or simply a place to recharge, Le Cameleon is the perfect choice. Thank you to the entire team for making our trip so memorable. "10/10 no complaints. The staff was friendly and accommodating. They clean the room extremely thoroughly daily, the FOOD and DRINKS were both phenomenal. You can tell their ingredients are fresh and the chefs make the food with love. I’ve honestly never had such a perfect experience. Hotel banana azul was the perfect welcome I needed for my first time in Costa Rica. Thank you to Banana Azul team!"

"Couldn't have asked for a better stay! From start to finish they made this birthday trip amazing for my first time in CR. Communication was prompt and clear, they coordinated my airport transfers and I had no issue getting to or from the hotel. They even allowed me to check in a bit earlier knowing how long the ride from San Jose to Puerto Viejo was. Raymundo, Oscar, Janny(sp) and the whole team were wonderful. From the birthday drink, recommendations, and excursions. I felt safe at all times, everyone was friendly and the room was very comfortable. Location is very walkable with no safety issues. I look forward to booking again in the future."
