Room was great with space and comfort. The trip from the car park to the room wasnt the easiest with three bags to take single handedly but it was managed. Room had great facilities including the washer dryer which was great. Kitchen and fridge was very useful and the bed was very comfortable.
What sets this hotel apart is the attention you get from the staff. When we checked in we were treated like VIPs, not in a gushy, fawning way but as if there was nothing more important at that moment than explaining things to us and trying to get us a dinner reservation. The room was immaculate and the bed was the most comfortable on our trip.
Nice location: walking distance to the Railway Station and all the attractions. I received a suite and discount on food thanks to Expedia. The suite was very clean and had good amenities. The only thing that needs attention is the tiny, unstable space provided for putting soap and shampoo while taking a shower.
